Rotger Research Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing responsible scientific development, Community STREAMM education, and the research-stage creation of SeqSmart Diagnostics — an AI-assisted genomic intelligence platform designed for physician review.
RRF’s diagnostic work is presented as research, development, fundraising, and compliance planning. It is not marketed as standalone medical advice, a replacement for clinical laboratories, or a substitute for licensed medical judgment.
