Game controls

How to play

Goal: Place amino acids to meet the level’s design rules (see right).
Core slots (gold) like hydrophobics (A,V,L,I,M,F,W,Y).
Surface slots (blue) prefer polar/charged (S,T,N,Q,D,E,K,R,H).
Helix: avoid Pro (breaker) and too many Gly (floppy). Amphipathic = hydrophobics ~every 3–4 residues.
β-Sheet: alternate hydro/nonhydro along the strand.
Bonuses for salt bridges (K/R/H near D/E) and a disulfide if two Cys sit in the same loop.
